It is conceived as a unique form of creation in the world, conceived as a border between audiovisual arts, interactive media and erosive processes of the unconscious through archetypal images and pedagogies in relation to the tarot and the languages that compose it.

 

 

Generative Tarot is a performance that interprets the tarot live and direct, and generates audio and video signals according to the spread of 3 random cards.
To get the random roll I have made a tarot synthesizer in MAX MSP. Each card generates a specific frequency that corresponds to the planetary frequency that governs it. At the same time, the pure waves are processed in Ableton Live, the shape of the composition in real time to the print run and a previously thought-out notation, which corresponds to the symbology of each card. The 3d visuals react to sound and recreate the transformation of the unconscious as it relates to the images or archetypes that make up consciousness in its original language.
